各位有谁知道如果从澳洲去欧洲在新加坡转机拿澳洲的学生签证可以出新加坡机场吗？？还是一定要办理签证才可以出去？有知道的告诉下谢谢了

好像是可以的。

但有时间限制。

只要你有下段的机票，新加坡过境可以免签96小时。

去年11月我有朋友申请过这个过境签证，所以应该没问题。今年有什么变化就不知道了。
你个新加坡领事馆打个电话问问就好了。

我也是今年年底回国在新加坡玩3天，PR签证，然后发邮件去问说是需要签证，给的理由是过境签不是100%给你。签证一天就下来，费用是30不到，lz可以参考下

找到了当时他们给我回的邮件，照这个就ok

Kindly follow the guidelines below to apply for an Entry Visa for Singapore:-

- Fill out form 14A (can be downloaded from http://www.mfa.gov.sg/content/mfa/overseasmission/canberra.html >> Visa Information >> Visa application for Nationals for Assessment for Level 1 countries) and paste one passport size photo onto form 14A
- Provide us the original of your passport (must be valid for at least 6 months at the point of arrival in Singapore) including the details of your current Australian visa.
- Travel itinerary (Onward/return ticket details)
- Self addressed envelope (Please speak to Australia Post or a courier company to arrange safe transport). Please note that the Singapore High Commission is not liable or bear any responsibilities for the loss of any travel documents (including passports) and identification papers (including ID, birth certificates, contract, etc.) sent by mail or courier
- A fee of A$25 per person by Money Order or Bank Cheque, please make it payable to "Singapore High Commission, Canberra". (If applying for more than 1 person, one - Money Order/Bank Cheque of #of persons x $25 is fine)
- Contact details (mobile number / email address)

You will need to post, courier or hand deliver this to the
Singapore High Commission

Yarralumla
ACT 2600.

Normal processing time is a minimum of 4 working days (excluding delivery time). Please note that the Singapore High Commission in Canberra does not have online application facilities. We need to receive the application by post, courier or in person.
