We are young Asian couple looking for a spacious accommodation around Kelvin Grove, Ashgrove.
About the room(s):
--It could either be a master, a huge double room or two single rooms. We hope it spacious enough to accommodate beds plus two sets of study desk. Or it would also be appreciated if you have an extra study room for share.
--Ideally it locates in a quiet and safe block. Preferred coming with off-street or undercover carpark (or street parking is OK if no limit applied).
--Unlimited internet access a must.
--Easy access to public transport or local shopping facilities a plus.
--We expect it to be a flexible lease, but we will stay for at least 3 months. Reference can be provided on required.
About us:
We are in our mid 20s, recent postgraduates and having our own part time jobs, meanwhile seeking for full time positions. We are quiet, clean and easygoing, and always being respectful. Normally we have a regular life schedule, love sports, willing to talk and share.
If you have a similar offer and we meet your criteria, please leave a message or email me anytime. We can move in with a fortnight notice to our current lease.
